Moms have been warning about water bead dangers. Now there's a massive recall

MSN  15th Sep 2023

After a report of injury to a 9-month old and the death of a 10-month old, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission

and Buffalo Games are recalling more than 50,000 "Chuckle & Roar Ultimate Water Beads Activity Kits."

The products were sold only at Target stores or Target.com.

“Consumers should immediately stop using and take away the recalled water beads from children,” the CPSC press release says. “The water beads pose a risk of serious injury or death if ingested. When ingested, the beads grow in size, which can cause intestinal obstruction.”

Buffalo Games will issue full refunds to families who mail the water beads to the company or take them to the nearest Target.

People with questions or who want to learn more about returning the water bead kits can contact Buffalo Games at 800-637-0732, by email beadrecall@buffalogames.com or at https://chuckleandroar.com/recall or www.chuckleandroar.com.
